Fascia Retreat

Indulge in walking barefoot in the woodlands and connecting to nature. We will explore our deep core, the importance of activating our feet, deep diaphragmatic breath work, all four key elements of fascial fitness and meditations and melting stretches around the camp fire.  Basic fascial friendly food is prepared and served around the BBQ,  There will be 3 classes a day, covering all elements of fascial fitness,  mindful connection to nature,  and a lot of fun and dancing along the way. There will also be ample time to explore the woodlands and wild swim in the dub near the camp site.  There is one yurt available that can sleep up to 4 people  (in 3 double beds). (£80 per night  for 4 people)  first come first served. Others will need to bring their own tent (£10 pp per night) Price £260 (includes food and classes) -  camping  expenses are extra There is basic shower and toilet facilities.
